Chatbot Demos: Webform, Review, FAQ, and Feed Bots
To demonstrate the flexibility of my chatbot framework, I built a series
of demos around Mabbly.com (using only their public website). These
examples show how the same technology can create different types of
conversational assistants, each serving a unique purpose.
The Four Demo Bots
– Webform Bot – Converts Mabbly’s contact form into a conversational
experience, collecting Name, Phone, Email, and Message naturally
through chat.
– Review Bot – Guides users to leave a Google review in a smooth,
friendly way, lowering friction for customer feedback.
– FAQ Bot – Uses structured outputs to provide fast answers to common
questions, so visitors don’t need to search the site.
– Feed Bot – Pulls blog posts from Mabbly’s public feed and presents
them conversationally, helping users explore recent content.
Why It Matters
These demos highlight how one chatbot framework can handle different
business goals:
– Lead capture
– Reputation management
– Customer support
– Content distribution
Note
This project uses publicly available information only. Mabbly is not
affiliated with these demos — the purpose is to illustrate what’s
possible when chatbots replace static website elements.
Takeaway
A single website can host multiple bots, each designed for a specific
task. Businesses don’t have to choose between forms, reviews, support,
or content engagement — they can have all of them, unified under one
conversational interface.
